i ve two access servers of the same model cisco 5300 series and modems that are connected with these access servers are mica modems. on one access server when clients request (using 56k modems) they can connect with 45 to 52kbps on normal dialup which is satisfactory but when the same user connecting through the other access server then it connects with 22 to 33.3 kbps. pls tell me what changes should i make to fix this problem.

Hello,
are both AS5300s configured in the same way, and do they have the same firmware (show modem version) ? If possible, can you post the configs of both access servers ?

GP
