We have Cisco 1841 12.3(11) image w/WIC-2AM

0/0 Unkn

Modem 0/0 [line 2], Async0/0/0, TTY2

SCM firmware P2109-V90

Modem config: None

Give above is an empty config but how come it's showing type unknown ?

And pls suggest config link for this particular platform (1841)...

I feel the firmware reqd for the micromodems to work is neither there nor available thts the reason u may be getting this message as unknown.

whts the exact ios filename or the imagename being used over there ?

r u using default ip base s/w code out there ??

have u checked out the exact ios code reqd to make this wic work in this box ??

Load a new image file "flash:c1841-ipbasek9-mz.124-3a.bin" and this what i got...
