Remote Desktop over VPN works on WWAN but not WLAN

I have a Cisco Pix 501 and when I connect to it using my Sony SZ370P using the built-in WWAN I can Remote Desktop to other computer on the network, my Outlook syncs with the Exchange server, I can view files, everything works just like I was in the office. But when I connect with my SZ370P using WLAN, I can see other computers and copy files, but I can't Remote Desktop to other computers and my Outlook doesn't sync with the Exchange server. I have reset the Linksys wireless router and even tried to bypass it by plugging into the cable modem (Time Warner). Is it a setting or the service?

You have to update the drivers for WLAN to the latest version. Seeing as how both the WLAN card and the Linksys router are both on the latest driver/firmware and the wireless connection works fine until the VPN tunnel is established (and again after it is disconnected)
