site to site, overlap

Dear;

I wana to configure Site-to-Site network but the two local networks are the same subnet.

how can i deal with such issue.

I have small office;

I already NAT all my devices to the Internet.

but i need to establish a VPN tunnel between with other site with the same local IP addresses.

You can have it both ways. Maybe this will explain better. What are the devices?
