Do you mean that you are trying to SSH/telnet to the router remotely?

If that is the case, by default SSH/telnet should be enabled unless you disable it.

Check the configuration under "line vty 0 4", you should have a line that says "transport input all" which allow both SSH and telnet.

For SSH, you would need to generate RSA keypair before you can SSH to it.

For telnet, you can just telnet to it directly.

Another configuration that you might want to check is if there is any ACL applied to the interface, or line vty, and/or if there is any Zone base FW configuration.

Hope that helps.

yes that wants try on the line vty 0 4 transport input telnet SSH

with telnet am not possible I remotly

I hope that someone can help me please
