Unable to connect to exchange server using VPN Client Software

I have just upgraded our 3825 router to a 3945 router and pretty much duplicated the configurations getting everything to work except.....

When mobile workers are using the VPN client software they are unable to connect to exchange-

Access to all shared drives at all locations works.

Print to any internal printer from outside works.

I go back to the 3825 and no problem getting to the exchange server.
