VPN allows only one connection from the same IP address

Hello,

We have a Cisco VPN concentrator 3000, one of our client is trying to establish VPN connection, he gets connected and can work fine, however when another person at their company is trying to establish the connection he gets disconnected immediately as soon as the other connection is active. I am allowing maximum of 6 connections, and I have configured the NAT Transparency on the VPN but we still have this problem. What else I need to cofigured to allow multiple connections from clients behind a firewall with single public IP address.

The problem could be NATing in the firewall of your client side. Do have other client experience the same problem?

Hi,

Configure the clients to use IPSec over TCP 10000 and enable the IPSEc over TCP on the concentrator as well.

Make sure XP SP2 firewall is disabled on the clients.

That should do the trick.
