VPN Help with connecting to remote lan

I am trying to setup a vpn. I am using cisco client version 4.6

I am having trouble getting to my remote lan.

I can connect and receive and ip from the vpnpool from the firewall, but I cannot ping or access any resources on the network.

I keep going over my config and I can't figure out what I am missing.

This route statement isn't necessarily correct as your vpn pool is 192.168.3.x.

route inside 192.168.103.0 255.255.255.0 10.250.1.2 1

If you actually have a 192.168.3.0/24 network inside, then use something entirely different for you vpn pool.
