WIC for ISDN

I want to know what is the meaning of V3 or V2 in WIC cards i.e.

WIC-1B-S/T-V3 ==> wat is V3.

WIC-1B-U-V2 ==> wat is V2.

To say it simple: V3 is a new hardware revision of the module that allows it to work on newer hardware platforms like the 3800 series. The URL below specifies the differences between V3 and the older version of the module.
