cannot connect more than one mac user at a time via wireless

We have an RV120W which works fine for all our Windows users. Lately several employees have begun to bring in their personal MacIntosh laptops and are experiencing difficulties connecting via the wifi. They either see no wireless network or see it only very briefly and are told that "a connection timeout has occurred" when they try to connect. Some have said that another computer was already using that IP.

Firmware is up to date. Using WPA. IPV4. Dynamic ip range is 192.168.1.x - 192.168.1.200.

All suggestions appreciated.

Michael

Hi Michael, there is other firmware release 1.0.5.6, I suggest you to upgrade your device firmware and try again with your configuration, if the issue continues please just for testing matters you could try disabling the MAC firewall in order to verify if is able to connect, also try to other encryption method (WPA/WPA2) also short password.

Let me know if this procedure works for you, thank you.

I hope you find this answer useful
