Hi all,
I recently upgraded my Cisco C4948-10GE switch's boot image from "cat4500-ipbase-mz.122-53.SG2.bin" to "cat4500-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SG8", and forced it to boot from the new one "boot config bootflash:cat4500-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SG8", but the operation did not succeed, the switch crashed and lost all configuration.
I tried to configure it again but there's no display when connected to the console port, I used several clients (HyperTerminal, Putty, CRT) with different speeds (1200-2400-4800-9600-....-115200) but could not succeed. There's no response from the console port.
Now the switch look like starting up correctly and looks using the old image, I can see it in CDP Neghiborhood, but can't console it.
