A continuacion comparto 2 enlaces modelos diferentes, toma en consideracion que si quieres tener Capa 3 al menos se debe contar con la licencia de IP Base o IP Services, este ultimo trae todo los relacionado a layer 3.

Por lo que he leido tambien tienes la opcion de hace upgrade de licencia de LAN Base a IP Base, pero no se puede hacer de LAN Base a IP Services a excepcion de algunos casos:
