Suspect failed pwr supply. Shouldn't voltage be measured @ output connector? I found a replacement, but no +/- 12 vdc and very little 5 vdc. Do I have 2 bad supplies?

Still wondering about testing a power supply, but I found that my 1721 is dead w/ a known good power supply.
