ASR1004 IOSd Memory allocation problem

Hello All,

As per Cisco documentation: https://goo.gl/wKDdBp

"The memory that is split between IOSd and the rest of the system is fixed at startup and cannot be modified. For a 4-GB system, IOSd is allocated approximately 2 GB, and for a 8-GB system, the IOSd is allocated approximately 4 GB (with software redundancy disabled)."

I have an ASR1004 with 8GB of RAM however the router only allocates 1.5G to the IOSd? And the SW redundancy is disabled!

cisco ASR1004 (RP2) processor (revision RP2) with 1486307K/6147K bytes of memory.
8388608K bytes of physical memory.
