Config File Generator

I have a group of routers (32) that I need to deploy as one big newtork. Based on that, they all have similar configs (interface differences mainly).

Anyone know of a tool that I can use to quickly generate these configs without having to cut and paste the appropriate values in each location?

Was able to duplicate this functionality by using mail merge function of Word.
