Hi all

If I have 2 router connected over a T1 line over 2 site for example and both have become OSPF neighbor.

Eg. If the link connecting to Router A flap and loss it connectivity for a short period before it resume connectivity and OSPF neighbor again.

I have a question.

1. Would the uptime be the same when u issue a sh ospf command on both router?

2. If the uptime is different, why is it so? :)

PLease help to advice.

It depends on the dead-time interval you have in the interface. You can lose a connection for 30 seconds, while having a dead-time of 120 seconds, and never lose adjacency.

The uptime, on this case, won't be reset.
