Hi Team,
We are located at BGLR and connecting to UK Citirx server, USers who accessing this application out of 60 users 5users latency issue for 5-10mins per a day.
1) Applications opens from Citirx take a while for few users.
2) We are observing intermittent packet drops after tunnel destination of our end from which it is connected to cleint end devices. ( from Ping Plotter reports).
3) But cleint doesnt accepts this issue.
4) how ca i particualry i identify which Citirx server is causing issue......
5) Are they any ohter tools apart fromm Ping plotter to give best results.
Team: Need your prompt respkinse on this.
