PID of SFP showing errors(PID: \~^L=;^L)

when I insert an SFP in my 12000 GSR line cards SPA modules , the show inventory shows the following output for some of the ports :

NAME: "slot 3", DESCR: "ISE 10G Modular Services Card v2"
PID: 12000-SIP-601     , VID: V07, SN: SAL1335XNUF

NAME: "SPA subslot 3/0", DESCR: "1-port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Shared Port Adapter                                              XFP based"

NAME: "SPA subslot 3/1", DESCR: "10-port Gigabit Ethernet Shared Port Adapter"

NAME: "subslot 3/1 transceiver 0", DESCR: "GE LX"
PID: \~^L=;^L
           , VID: A000, SN: FNS133110S7

PID: \~^L=;^L
           , VID: A000, SN: FNS13310YN3

why is not showing the PID value for these SFP's....

What model of SFP are you using?

SFP-GE-LX

its GLC-LH-SM sfp module that is

showing its PID as garbage value...
