Upgrade from CAT OS to IOS.

Hi,

Am new to 6509 and 4509 switches,

I have a 6509 and 4509 CAT OS switch which i would like to upgrade to IOS,could any of give me a step by step procedure on how i would go about this.

As well as the procedure to actually upgrade your system to IOS you will also need to think about converting your current config from CATOS to IOS...

This is a converter tool which is quite useful, you enter CATOS commands to learn the IOS equivilant, however do double check the results also.
