VTC and NAT'ing

I have a Tandberg VTC unit sitting on the inside of my network on a private IP address. I have my router configured to do NAT and have configured a one-to-one NAT for the VTC unit. I am having problems with both inbound and outbound calls. The call initially connects and then in a few seconds it drops. The NAT is pretty straight forward. I have contacted the vendors tech support and they say my firewall is blocking traffic. I have no firewall and no ACL's. I am puzzled why I am having such a problem… Does anyone have any ideas?

One other note. The NAT is configured using the "inside" should it be "outside"? See below.

ip nat inside source static 10.1.100.59 x.x.x.x

-or-

ip nat outside source static 10.1.100.59 x.x.x.x
