Hi Team,
My client is asking for some solution, for that I need assistance.
Please find below details...
In India my client has SX20 device with public IP address Nat. When someone calling from outside of the network they dial IP address from their video endpoint. If my SX20 is completely off then how my client will know that my device is turned off and they should dial my spark sip uri.
Is there any kind of feature I can enable from my side to let my client know that the device is turned off and they should dial my spark? I am asking for the automatic feature which I can configure. or any IVR facility.

If the SX20 is powered off, it will need to be manually powered on via the power button, there isn't a way for it to automatically power on. If it's in standby, it will wake up when it receives an incoming call. When receiving an incoming call, it will automatically connect if auto answer is enabled, otherwise the user will need to answer the call manually.
