My CISCO ESA C190 sound is noisy

I am using CISCO ESA C190 for spam filtering purpose as I have around 230 email accounts. I just implement this system for around 3 months and today the sound is noisy. I try to check the log and try to reboot, but it still not fix and what should I do now? Please advise or hardware problem? It is working normally as I can send/receive email normally. But it still noisy.

The appliance noise is normally associated with fan. I do not suspect it to be a failure, however I would recommend opening a TAC case to confirm if there are hardware issues that warrant a RMA.

 

There was a defect filed for C190 appliances, however was terminated since it wasn't observed on all C190's. May require a RMA after review.
