350 AP with VLANs, 1 Open, 1 Secure

Does anyone know of any good documents outlining what needs to be done in order to config a 350 AP to support 2 VLANs...1 VLAN using NetworkEAP with Broadcast WEP Rotation, and 1 VLAN with Open Authentication. I've been trying to get this to work and I'm not sure about all the different settings. I can get either method to work independantly, but not together. Please help. Thanks

In this, there is a section which explains about configuring VLANs which will be useful for you.

You have to upgrade the IOS to version 12.0 also.
