ACS 4.1.1.23

Is there a cli to clear/bring the ACS to factory settings? Or do you need the recovery CD.

Re: ACS 4.1.1.23

For ACS SE Recovery CD would be the answer.

Re: ACS 4.1.1.23

Looking in the software section there are 3 CD images to download. correct?

Re: ACS 4.1.1.23

yes,

if you have 1111, then,

ACSse-v4.1.1.23-1111-recovery-K9.isoaa

ACSse-v4.1.1.23-1111-recovery-K9.isoab

ACSse-v4.1.1.23-1111-recovery-K9.isoac

README_ACSSE411_Recovery1111.txt

if you have 1112, then,

ACSse-v4.1.1.23-1112-recovery-K9.isoaa

ACSse-v4.1.1.23-1112-recovery-K9.isoab

ACSse-v4.1.1.23-1112-recovery-K9.isoac

README_ACSSE411_Recovery1112.txt

if you have 1113, then,

ACSse-v4.1.1.24.1-1113-recovery-K9.iso

Readme_ACS_SE_v4.1.1.24.1.txt

Re: ACS 4.1.1.23

It is 1113, i noticed you had 4.1.1.24 as the 1113 recovery. Is this correct? There are three files for the 1113 running 4.1.1.23 when i looked.

Can we just get the 4.1.1.24 and run it as the recovery? My guess is we would need to upgrade first.

ACSse-v4.1.1.23-1113-recovery-K9.isoaa/b/c

Re: ACS 4.1.1.23

There was some issue on ACS SE 1113 while accepting static IP address, so to address that issue this special recovery image was created,

ACSse-v4.1.1.24.1-1113-recovery-K9.iso

Readme_ACS_SE_v4.1.1.24.1.txt

Else, you can go for 4.1.1.23 a/b/c recovery CD. If you cannot see the 4.1.1.24.1 recovery CD, you can get it from TAC.

Prem

Re: ACS 4.1.1.23

Thats perfect, this was the issue we were having, the server is telling us it has 127.0.0.1 IP, the second server seemed to accept the IP fine, so we figured we messed up the initial config. I will download and try. thx
