ACS Passed Authentications

Hi

We've using a ACS Appliance 4.2, WLC 7.0.220, clients MS XP - NICs Cisco CB21

We seem to have some wireless deiveces that are authenticating in ACS every 20- 30 seconds.  The device is static, but seems to authenticate so many times.

Any ideas?

Hi Craig,

Idle wireless clients are prone to this re-authentication. Can you check if the busy wireless client do have the same problem?

Normally idle session timeout is default at 5 minutes 300 seconds.

I would check the client(s) in question. Compare the non issue clients with the issue clients.

What EAP are you using?
