ACS Problems with Service Pack 3 - Resolved?

I've read that problems can occur if you are not running Service Pack 3 on the machine with ACS and PEAP can fail with a message regarding external db account restrictions.

Is this resolved in any ACS updates now? Is it going to be resolved? We cannot rollback to SP3 given security fixes present in SP4. Surely Cisco cannot mandate running a lower SP to account for bad design?

As of December, ACS v 3.2.2 fully supports SP4 on Windows 2000 server. Earlier version (i.e., 3.2.1) supported SP3 or lower.

Is 3.2.2 available as a free upgrade from earlier versions?
