AP Cisco Aironet 1815 "Not receive heartbeat reply"

Hi, 

 

 

I´ve had been verifiyng problems with the cisco aironet 1815. Almost every day they crash, it means i can´t comunicate with controller or ap's in the management interface,  and before that i see the following message on the log "Did not receive heartbeat reply AP:" 

 

 

The cisco mobility express version is 8.4.100 . 

 

Any help on this?

 The message looks very well auto-explained. Did you check the communication between those device? They may be suffering from some network outage.

Thanks for you reply. Related to that, i found a switch on my network that
may be causing this problem, and remove that one from the network.


But even with only one AP 1815 connected on the network. i get the same
problem, the device crash randomly and i cant ping the management ip of
the device and also de ip of the controller. I have to unplug power to get
the device up again.


I have the 8.4.100 version CISCO ME, maybe an upgrade to 8.5?


Any help on this would be great
