Hi guys,
We have one of our access points under constant containment from a nearby organisation, which (to me) is effectively a DoS attack on that AP. I have identified the organisation and personally visited to ask that they stop containing my AP (it shares the same SSID as their guest network, so I have given a little leeway if they are containing based on shared SSID). It's now been a week since my request and it is still ongoing. My question is, as they have ignored my request, is there a regulatory body (UK) that I can speak to regarding this or some other avenue I can take?

Speak with your legal department. It's their job to handle cases like this legally. I would speak with your neighbor agin and tell them that you will bring legal charges to them. If that doesn't work, I would contain their AP's to give them a taste of how it feels:)
