In prime 2.0 I created an AP Leightweight Template to Override Supplicant Credentials with a username and supplicant password. I want my access points to authenticate to the switches using EAP-FAST.
Creating the template goes fine, but later altering the template failed. The template is broken, all tabs are empty. It seems there is a limitation on the supplicant password used. I used a random 16 digit password including specials characters ), [ and < which broke my template. Using a 15 digit password with some other special charaters solves the problem.
Is it a Prime 2.0 bug, is it a supplicant password limitation?
I haven't applied the template to any AP yet - so it is a Prime issue.
I could try applying the broken template to an AP just to see what happens to the configuration of the AP and confirm the contents of the template is correct and it is just Prime cosmetic if you'd like.
