Does anybody have any information, regarding the following issues:
1/ Do you need to have a Certificate Authority enabled on the network to use EAP-TLS (MS XP version)?
2/ What is the impact of EAP on roaming? As session based keys are stored on the client and the AP, how long does it take to roam to another AP (within the same subnet)?
Many Thanks

hi,
two weeks back i was searching for the same thing, when one of the cisco support personal told me that u should have to have a PKI infrastructure on ur network means the CA cerver, then i study the RFC for EAP-TLS and finally i am cleared about the EAP-TLS which can u only get by using the WIN XP.
do check the following link
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2716.txt?number=2716
and about ur second question is the same for the LEAP and will be transparent to the user.
in the above draft u will also find the information related to this issue too.
