Device: BBSM 5.3 SP2, AP1200
My Macintosh clients' cannot open the initial connection page. The WWW Browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The clients using Microsoft Windows System operating haven`t any problem about this.
What is the problem ? How can I solutionate it?
Please, Give me a well solution

Check to see that the Macs are set to use an MTU of 1476.
I'm thinking that the proxy & encryption are pushing yor traffic into a fragmenting situation (encrypted traffic generally doesn't tolerate fragmentation).
Just guessing here ....
Good Luck

We had trouble with Macintosh clients as well.
The problem was, that the BBSM Full-Domain-Name was NOT an IP-address. Macintosh clients can not resolve names
by default (as far as I know). Changing the BBSM Full-Domain-Name to an IP-address (w.x.y.z) resolved this problem.
