Can't access WCS CLI even after enabling SSH

Hi All,

Need help with  accessing CLI, when I try to do it with SSH, Telnet and SSH2 it comes back immtiately with connection refused. I have been to the WCS GUI and made sure SSH is checked and saved for CLI found on tab Administration--> settings --> CLI. I need the CLI to export Data for NCS. Advise appreciated.

Thanks

Hi;

Just as a sanity check, try running NMAP against the WCS from the computer you are using for the SSH client. Make sure that nothing is blocking TCP 22, and that WCS is listening on the port.

Just a stab in the dark, good luck.

For Windows-

C:\Program Files\WCS7.0.230.0\bin>export.bat all c:\testdb

For Linux-

Navigate to the bin directory and enter the ./export.sh all /data/wcs.zip
