i'm using a WCS to manage two 4404 controllers, i tried to sync the two controllers with the WCS. the first one worked fine the second failed with the message to view the logs. but i can't find any mention of a failure on eiter the WCS or the controller.
any ideas where i can find the detail of the error message so that i can look at sorting the failure out.

IP Address Status
192.168.168.1 Success
192.168.168.2 Failed (see logs)
this is all i see, hence the question where can i find the logs so i can see the error message

On your WCS server, look in %\Program Files\WCS4.0\webnms\logs. That's where mine are.
