changing ip address if wlse

Folks,

Can i change the ip address of wlse from the console without running the recovery cd. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Use the interface command from the CLI for this. See the docs for details and syntax.

login as an administrator using either console or telnet (telnet is disabled by default, enable it via web interface or 'telnetenable' command on console) and as you type 'show configuration', it will show you kinda useful info and give you good hints on how to change the setting.

in order to change ip address;

interface ethernet0 x.x.x.x 255.255.255.x default-gateway x.x.x.x up

interface eht[0-5] ipaddress netmask [default-gateway address] [up/down]
