You can use CDP to find the ip address of switch which is directly connected to WLC2000 but you cannot find the serial number though.
You need to telnet to the switch then to find its serial number. Also because WLC 2000 is not directly connected to routers you may not be able to get the router ip address using CDP. But yes if you can access switch from there you can track down your router.
