Cisco MSE upgrade from 7.0. to 7.6.100

My original setup was 3 WCS's with 2 MSE's per WCS, We upgraded from WCS to Prime 2.0 and I am starting the MSE upgrade process.

The first MSE upgrade went fine and I was able to add it to Prime, the 2nd MSE upgrade went fine but when I try to add it to Prime I get the following message

No response from Server. It may be unreachable, or server is down or HTTPS connection to server failed.

I went ahead and upgraded the other MSE's and now I have 2 MSE's that are getting this message when I try and add them to Prime?

I have researched this error and followed everyone's suggestions but I am unable to get Prime to add those 2 MSE's..

Any suggestions would be helpful
