Cisco Prime Network Control System Page error

NCS appliance after logging in with Root, i get the error below.

Unable to load the page 'home_page_dashboard_pageId'. <BR/>It either does not exist, or, the user does not have access to it.

Is this a new install?  Have you tried restarting the service or rebooting the box?  If its a new install, you might just want to maybe install the software again.

new appliance, will try reboot.

The only reason I ask, is that sometimes the install might not of gone right and it seems like the intial web page is corrupt.  Hopefully the reoot helps.  Just check the service to make sure the services are all up.
