Cisco WLSE recovery problems

We have a Cisco 1130 WLSE appliance, recently purchased.

We had trouble trying to configure it via the console so we decided to rebuild it using the supplied recovery CD (version 2.11 WLSE 1130-19) to make sure that the installation was okay.

Two days later the installation still claims to be running. For the last 24 hours it has been sitting at "Installing DB2 Engine and database instance".

How long should a rebuild from the recovery CD take?

This seems to me like a hardware problem of some sort, or am I crazy? Any suggestions on any further troubleshooting I can do?

I've attached a capture of the full output of the installation so far in case this helps.

Re: Cisco WLSE recovery problems

It should not take 2 days to re-image the box. The output don't show anything that would indicate a hw related issue with the box. Try downloading and creating the latest 2.12 recovery CD image from CCO and use it for re-image to see if it helps.
