Cognio 3.1 Transfer

Hi All,

Does anyone know what the state of play is for those of us using Cognio 3.1 and wishing to transfer that to another laptop ?

We dont want to upgrade to Cisco Spectrum Expert 3.2 (unless its free...of course ). We just want to move it onto another laptop as the current one is faulty.

When we bought it, there was no media, it downloads the app and the license key from the cognio web site, which is now gone and therefore we are effectively cut off by Cisco.

So, can anyone advise what options are open to me ? Is there a Cisco path i can take to transfer my existing software to another laptop ?. Not going to be happy if i have to pay to upgrade it !

Since it requires the card to work, the software is easy to download and install.
