constant Lost Authentication and Deauthenticating using BR350 and ACS 3.1

someone have had this problem using 2 BR350 in point to point (with 12.02T1), ACS 3.1 on Win2000 Server:

the Non Root in a log file write Lost Authentication with Parent and Deauthenticating, there are no message on a ACS but the link go down, all this test are maded in laboratory and no in a site

Do you see this if you use static WEP or no WEP and not using EAP ?

I have just seen the possible resolution in a link that you have give to me but nothing solve my problem, I use a static wep key and EAP, all the test that I have do is maded in laboratory using ACS 3.1 and also 3.0. I have used a configuration indicated in a Cisco Web site but after 2 hour the radio still give a message, if I try to reduce a time in a ACS from 600 seconds the problem still remain and after 5 minutes of working fine the bridge give another time a message

You have some other possible resolution? for example hou is possible to have a beta firmware?

Sounds more like an interference issue if you have tried all the steps in the other thread.

What is your signal strength and quality on the antenna alignment test ?

What % of received packets are CRC errors on the radio stats page ?

Have you tried another radio channel.

I recommend that you try to resolve this using only static wep or no wep this will simplfy the problem once you have that resolved then add eap back in

What antenna are you using and how far about are the bridges ?

Thanks for your reply but all the test we are now doing can't be solved with strenght or quality because all the radio device are working in a laboratory and I have 100% of quality and strenght, I have just implemented situation similar of this and I have had the some problem anytime with Deautenticating and so on, I have read that there is a beta of firmware image, I can try with this? is possible to obtain this release?
