Control AP's Signal

is there a posibility to control an AP's signal to stop or decrease when nobody is join in? The AP is a Cisco Aironet 1131AG and is plugged in a controller Cisco WLC 2100 series. So I want to know is if there are any configurable option to do this either within the controller or access point.

Right-o.  If you don't have any WLC then do you have Cisco PoE switches?  If you do, you can enable EnergyWise.
