convert lwap to normal AP

I try to convert lwap to normal AP , so i use TFTP server , but the problem is I couldn't as I receive this error

"

requesting file does not exist

c1200-k9w7-tar.default

"

Any one have idea about it,

Thank you for replaying,

I used TFTP server in another PC (win 2003)and it works normally,

May be there is problm once use XP prof. I don't know exactly,,,

However it works now
