DEBUG EAP RESULTS???

After setting my debug settings to troubleshoot EAP authentication, I receive the below debugger results. I am running a WinXP / Aironet 1200 / Windows 2003 IAS / Dell TrueMobile 1150 configuration, and all I want to do is get EAP to start working. Neither the Aironet debugger, the WindowsXP debugger (netsh ras set tracing eapol enabled), nor the Windows 2003 IAS logs do me any good. I'm at a loss with no information...can somebody interpret the following? It appears that some fundamental failure is occuring and kills the client communication.

It looks like holdoff timer issue on the Access Point or client. You can change holdoff time for clients using the dot11 holdoff-time command: This timer controls how long a client has to wait before it can authenticate after using a bad password. Make the timer value as zero. Refer this document for more details:
