DHCP between WLAN

Please help me how it is done.

Scenario:

2 WLAN (Guest, Corporate (MAC Filtering Enabled))

2 SSID (Guest, Corporate (MAC Filtering Enabled))

2 DHCP Pool (1 for each WLAN)

     Requirements:

Is it possible that the users from Corporate WLAN will have a permanent IP address from corporate DHCP pool even connecting through Guest WLAN? Or can I have a DHCP server with a mac address to ip address mapping that is permanent regardless on what SSID he/she connects?

Thanks.

HI Arden,

How do you server guests, with MAC filtering enabled?

you need to change vlan of guest wlan when corporate user connecting to it while keep his ip.

one thing is that if you use local web auth on guest wlan, it is not possible. it is possible via L2 auth, or central web auth with ise.

use aaa override on guest wlan, return corporate wlan vlan , also bind mac address on dhcp server.

Hi evaldasou.

guest wlan is open, no mac filtering, no authentication.

It's impossible to differiantiate your Corporate users on your Guest WLAN , while using  open WLAN ( no authentication).

With EAP authentication  your RADIUS server could send RADIUS attribute back to the AP. AP could put different user to different VLAN.

You need to bind IP address with MAC in DHCP server. In that case your use can join the network any means but he or she always get the same IP address.
