Does Cisco Prime NCS run on Windows 2008 Server?

Our Server guys want me to install this on 2008 server since this is the direction they are headed.

Does NCS run on 2008?   I don't see anything in the spec sheets about it (I may have overlooked it).

No, NCS is a virtual machine distributed as an OVA file that can be ran on VMware. You can also purchase a physical 1U appliance.

Nope, not any more. This is now a hardened appliance for performance and security.
