I am interested in a bar code scanner that will run Windows CE, be programmable using something like Java, VB or C and supports Cisco Aironet Dyanmic WEP. I would like to run Cisco Secure ACS against my Windows 2000 A.D. and authenticate the user of the handheld scanner. I would then generate a dynamic WEP key that would assure some level of security beyond standard WEP. Does anyone have such as device they would recommend that could read the bar code? Once it is read it will compare it to a file and generate an output file in an encrypted directory on a server. Eventually it will be direct database integrated.
