EAP-FAST ISSUE

We have been using EAP-FAST for some time now over IOS APs. We now are using LWAPP, and on occasion the client is unable to authenticate using EAP-FAST. We have noticed that running ADU v2.6, it occurs more frequently. We have started to upgrade to v3.0, but I haven't seen any bugs relating to v2.6 and LWAPP. Any ideas?

If your client adapter is unable to authenticate using the specified username and password, you may be prompted to re-enter them. If you click Cancel, a message appears indicating that the current profile will be disabled until you choose the Reauthenticate option, reboot your computer, or eject and reinsert the client adapter.
