Hello
We are trying to implement EAP-SIM with Radius (Lucent Navis Radius) and the Cisco AP 1200 and the "Option GlobeTrotter Fusion+" PC Data Card.
In the datasheet of the AP 1100 I found the support of EAP-SIM. But I didnt in the datasheet of the 1200. So my question: Is it possible to implement EAP-SIM with the Cisco Aironet 1200 Access Point ?
I think the Radius-Server should not be the problem because it is always the same RADIUS-Protocol right?
Or do you have any experience with EAP-SIM?
thx

Hi Roman,
in the 1200 FAQ there is EAP-SIM announced to be continued.

On the other Hand, the AP ist not the keyplayer for eap-sim. The supplicant (Wireless Client Card).
AFAIK EAP-SIM is supported through the usage of TKIP on the AP.
Read this white paper, especially the section eap-sim.
