Error while adding new PI license

I'm getting error while adding Prime Infrastructure 1.3 new license file.

The licence is:

L-PI12-LF-1K-LIC:L-PI12-LF-1K-LIC : Prime Infrastructure 1.2 - Lifecycle

Error:

Error List Returned (-513,3039) ; Feature Is Locked To A Different Host (-9,3035) ; Feature Is Locked To A Different Host (-9,3035)

Anyone knows solution?

Did you specify the right vudi for the VM its going on? If not, then you will have to open a TAC case with Cisco licensing to get that fixed.

I've copy pasted vuid straight from Prime Licenses page. Is this correct vuid?

you need to provide vudi info to the licensing team to reissue the license to you.

go to administration --> license center

there you go.
