firmware upgrade failure and disconnect

                   Hi, New to the forum. Thanks in advance for your help. Using Cisco E2500 with a Dell PC, Win 7. I have been having some connectivity issues lately. After some troubleshooting this morning I decided to try to upgrade my firmware. The first two times I attempted the upgrade it started fine, but up around 90some percent it gave me a fail error message and dropped the connection. I hardwired and tried again with the same results, install of the firmware started fine, but around 90 some persent it gave me a fail message while dropping the connection. Stumped. Thanks again.
